I'm a technology generalist with a scientist's curiosity. Started with C/C++ and Python, then expanded into web, AI, and data. I keep my toolkit broad and practical — as Heinlein put it, "Specialization is for insects."

I lead engineering and product execution end-to-end: set technical strategy and architecture, align with product, turn goals into roadmaps, and deliver reliable systems at scale. I design teams and processes that keep delivery predictable.
My operating model prioritizes reliability, performance, security, and cost. I reduce complexity, automate where it compounds, and manage by metrics — SLAs/SLOs, quality, cycle time, and throughput. Standards, CI/CD, and clear ownership are non-negotiable.
I hire and mentor engineers and managers, build autonomous teams, and foster a learning culture. Recent work spans autonomous systems and production-line automation to developer platforms and data-intensive services — the constant is turning ambiguity into business outcomes.
